The Supply Planning module gives you full visibility into how well your supply chain meets demand. Access it via Supply under the IBP section in the sidebar.

Filters

Before exploring, apply filters to focus your view:

Order fulfillment chart

A stacked bar chart showing fulfilled (green) and unfulfilled (red) quantities for each time period. Hover over any bar to see a tooltip with:
  • Order Quantity
  • Fulfilled Quantity
  • Unfulfilled Quantity
  • Unfulfilled Value
  • Order Fulfillment %
Double-click on any bar to drill down into the details for that specific period.

Granularity

Switch between Daily (D), Weekly (W), Monthly (M), Quarterly (Q), and Fiscal Year (FY) views.

KPI comparison cards

Three summary cards at the top of the page with scenario comparison navigation:

Each card shows the value for your active scenario and a delta comparison against other scenarios. Use the arrows to navigate between scenarios.

A detailed table breaking down fulfillment by product, customer, and facility.

Customizing columns

Click the settings gear icon to open the Organize Detail Results dialog:
  • Select Segments tab - Choose dimensions: Brands, Sub Category, Product ID, Product Name, Product Range, Product Type, Strategic Segment, Sub Channel
  • Select Analytics tab - Choose metrics: Fulfilled Quantity, Unfulfilled Volume (UoM), Root Cause

Key formulas

Order fulfillment rate

Order Fulfillment % = (Fulfilled Quantity / Total Demand) x 100

Unfulfilled metrics

Unfulfilled Volume = Total Demand - Fulfilled Quantity
Unfulfilled Value = Unfulfilled Volume x Unit Price

Drill-down

Double-click on any bar in the fulfillment chart to filter the details table to that period. A filter chip appears above the table. Click the X to clear the filter.
Use the Scope selector to isolate specific parts of your supply chain. Select “Secondary Sales” to focus on customer-facing fulfillment, or “Supply Sources” to check production output.
